• Hiring Agency: National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration

This position is located in the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of the Chief Administrative Officer (OCAO), Facilities Program Office (FPO), with one vacancy in Silver Spring, MD. This position is also announced under vacancy number CAO-26-13076383-ST, which is open to Status Candidates.

Key Responsibilities

As a Program Management Specialist, you will perform the following duties: Summarize NOAA's facility data to respond swiftly to planned and ad-hoc requests from internal and external stakeholders, including the Department of Commerce, the Office of Management and Budget, and congressional inquiries. Utilize Facility Condition Assessments (FCA), work prioritization, analysis, forecasting, and holistic Facility Management to develop comprehensive facility planning documents.

Show program management experience with providing Real Property data to support federal real property reporting compliance. Serve as the overarching program manager for all Asset Management Program (AMP) Systems, including BUILDER, Archibus, the Data Management Analysis System (DMAS), and others.

Supervise the sustainment of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) BUILDERTM program in coordination with Office of the Chief Administrative Officer (OCAO) Technical Contract support, regional facility and on-site facility managers. Supply policy, staff support, and services for NOAA regarding real property, facilities, audit, and internal control activities in accordance with Department of Commerce policies and regulations.
