Job summary

Sevita seeks a Supervisor for the IDD program to lead service delivery and oversee daily operations, case management, and implementation of individual service plans. You will manage site operations, supervise Direct Care Staff, and ensure ongoing program performance.

Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, onboarding staff, supporting hiring decisions, and providing direct care support to individuals served.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or equivalent.
• Regulations/state requirements may apply.
• Current CPR/First Aid Certification as required by state.
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task to meet deadlines.
• Effective communication skills to manage relationships.
• A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach.
