Contract: August 17, 2026 through February 16, 2027
Job Description
The PMO Procurement Support Manager keeps the Procurement transformation program's executive cadence, team operating rhythm, and pipeline expansion efforts running smoothly during and after the Paramount-Skydance integration. This role is the connective tissue between Procurement leadership, Finance, and Business Unit stakeholders, turning initiative data into clear, decision-ready materials and following through on the action items that come out of them.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain executive-level reporting for ELT, keeping the FY savings overview and pipeline commentary current each cycle.
- Co-create agendas and materials for monthly CFO updates, including savings heatmaps and pipeline expansion summaries.
- Refresh BU Finance master files with the latest Asana initiative set and build materials that facilitate BU alignment on savings delivery.
- Track and facilitate post-meeting action items across ELT, CFO, and BU Finance touchpoints, including Tower Lead follow-ups.
- Help refine templates, messaging, and coordination for the ongoing BU collaboration model.
Procurement Team Support
- Support onboarding and training for new Procurement team members.
- Build weekly Ops Review materials, dashboards, and talking points; draft post-meeting minutes that reinforce milestone accountability.
- Co-create agendas and materials for the monthly All Hands meeting, including Pulse Check survey analysis.
- Develop and maintain Procurement 2.0 SOP documentation as the governing reference for how the function operates.
- Consolidate pipeline expansion initiatives into a consolidated view with baselines, savings estimates, and due dates.
- Support addition of new initiatives into Asana and refresh category-level savings heatmaps for leadership updates.
- Help design an evergreen category strategy cadence tied to the annual planning and budget cycle.
Qualifications
- 7-10+ years in a PMO, program management, or management consulting role, ideally supporting procurement, finance, or M&A integration work.
- Strong executive communication skills, comfortable building CFO- and ELT-ready materials under tight deadlines.
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills; experience with Asana or a similar work-management tool is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple concurrent stakeholder cadences, including weekly, monthly, and ad hoc.
- Comfortable working independently in an ambiguous, fast-moving post-merger environment.
Success Looks Like
- Executive updates for ELT, CFO, BU Finance, and Transformation are delivered on cadence with accurate, current data and minimal last-minute scrambling.
- Action items from Ops Reviews and BU sessions are tracked to closure, not lost between meetings.
- The pipeline expansion process runs on a predictable, repeatable cadence rather than one-off pushes.
