Responsibilities

• Lead and evaluate the performance of Projects Managers and Project Coordinators on your team.
• Mentor and support the project team and act as escalation point for issues or risks.
• Lead root cause analysis of project-related issues.
• Oversee program governance and identify process improvements.
• Oversee multiple project teams to achieve program goals.
• Support management decisions on procurement, staffing, sales, and forecasting.
• Communicate project status to management and flag opportunities/risks to the business.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through scheduling, forecasting and reporting.
