Job summary

TEGNA Inc. seeks an execution-focused, detail-oriented professional to bridge Finance, Sales, and Operations with technology teams. You will document requirements, drive process and system improvements, and manage multiple workstreams while building strong internal and external partnerships.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration to understand business processes, capture needs, and implement interoperable technology solutions that support TEGNA priorities and efficiency across markets.

Qualifications

• Media industry experience required.
• Experience in change management preferred.
• Experience leading, documenting and implementing process changes.
• Experience working with external systems vendors preferred.
• Understanding of WideOrbit products preferred.
• Understanding of Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance, Sales, and other business partners to review, analyze, and evaluate business needs and opportunities.
• Identify, document, and recommend process improvements or system enhancements based on reviews.
• Create project plans and drive work through delivery across technology and business units.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal technology teams to support business objectives.
• Collaborate with external technology partners to support system improvements for TEGNA priorities.
• Communicate clearly, document requirements, and manage multiple priorities across workstreams.
