BorgWarner is seeking a student-oriented Program Management role based at the Arden, NC campus. You will organize and execute comprehensive program management regimens, oversee product launches, and focus on cost containment throughout a product’s life cycle.

You will work with multi-functional teams, lead program activities, and drive continuous improvement of processes. The position offers housing support and travel reimbursement amid above-market pay for student employees.

Qualifikationen

• In progress to Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience working in cross/multi-functional teams preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project) required.
• Demonstrated team leadership experience preferred.
• Technical competence, problem solving, organization, and communication skills required.
• Familiarity with automotive supplier environment is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Provides project management for customer programs, focusing on product launches, cost containment, and communications.
• Leads the program team to achieve the financial results the program was approved on.
• Drives APQP process to meet cost, timing, and delivery objectives in a TS16949 environment.
• Creates and maintains program timelines and gateways to ensure on-time delivery.
• Communicates with customer personnel and senior management on program status and issues.
