Job summary

Hendrickson is seeking a Program Management Intern for Summer 2027 at our Truck Divisional Headquarters in Woodridge, IL to join the Change Management team. The role focuses on data collection and analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and the development of databases and reports.

Qualified candidates are enrolled in a bachelor’s program (Engineering, Business Administration or related). A minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 is required, with strong communication, organizational and problem-solving

Qualifications

• Enrolled student working towards a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum GPA 3.0/4.0.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills; experience with project management.
• Strong PC skills (spreadsheets, database management, word processing); Power BI experience a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments and complete tasks within demanding timeframes with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist in collection and analysis of data to support material database as well as ERP and PLM systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed to organize and set up data.
• Support the development and maintenance of databases and spreadsheets.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
• Assist in the implementation of process improvements and program management tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.
