Job summary

Qualis LLC is seeking a Program Management Integrator to provide cross-functional integration and direct program management support to keep priorities, schedules, and activities aligned with program objectives.

The role synchronizes engineering, contracting, logistics, business, test, and other functions to enable timely program execution, develop briefing charts, leadership updates, and risk management materials for internal and external engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8 years of experience coordinating planning/operations in product/program office.
• Must possess Secret security clearance.
• Familiarity with Army acquisition processes.
• Experience with Army missile system programs.

Responsibilities

• Synchronize cross-functional efforts to support timely program execution.
• Develop and maintain program briefing charts and leadership updates.
• Ensure consistent and accurate program messaging internally and externally.
• Track high-priority actions, milestones, risks, and decisions for accountability.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action for safety incidents.
• Maintain program-wide situational awareness.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and identify emerging issues and dependencies.
