Qualis LLC is seeking a Program Management Integrator to provide cross-functional integration and direct program management support to keep priorities, schedules, and activities aligned with program objectives.

The role synchronizes engineering, contracting, logistics, business, test, and other functions to enable timely program execution, develop briefing charts, leadership updates, and risk management materials for internal and external engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8 years of experience coordinating planning/operations in product/program office.
• Must possess Secret security clearance.
• Familiarity with Army acquisition processes.
• Experience with Army missile system programs.

Responsibilities

• Synchronize cross-functional efforts to support timely program execution.
• Develop and maintain program briefing charts and leadership updates.

Required Travel: 15%

Required Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree
• 8 year's experience coordinating planning/operations in product/program office
• Possess Secret security clearance

Desired Qualifications:

• Familiarity PAE Fires structure and roles
• Familiarity with current Army acquisition processes and structures
• Exprience supporting one or more Army missile system programs
