Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
8 years' experience coordinating planning/operations in product/program office.
Possess Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

Synchronize efforts across engineering, contracting, logistics, business, test, and other functional areas to support timely program execution.
Develop and maintain program briefing charts, leadership updates, and decision materials.
Ensure consistent and accurate program messaging across internal and external engagements.
Track high-priority actions, milestones, risks, decisions, and leadership taskings to ensure accountability and timely closure.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective action planning for safety-related incidents or anomalies.
Maintain program-wide situational awareness.
Coordinate with key stakeholders, and identify emerging issues, dependencies, and decisions requiring leadership attention.
