Qualifications

• 8+ years in program management, project management, PMO leadership, operations, or manufacturing leadership.
• Prior people leadership experience.
• Experience within manufacturing, industrial, or engineered product environments.
• Strong customer-facing communication and relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience working closely with manufacturing operations and production teams.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Data Center Infrastructure experience.
• Data Center Cooling or Electrical Infrastructure experience.
• Aerospace & Defense experience.
• Industrial Automation experience.
• Engineered-to-Order manufacturing experience.
• Build-to-Order manufacturing experience.
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience.
• Experience scaling teams, programs, or customer portfolios during periods of rapid growth.
