Job summary

LVI Associates is hiring a Director of Data Center Delivery to lead a high-performing team delivering mission-critical automation and controls projects in data centers. Oversee large project portfolios, ensure safety, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction while guiding executives and delivery staff.

You will drive governance, risk management, and reporting, coordinating with EPCs, commissioning teams, and end users to enable growth across hyperscale and enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 15+ years' experience leading large industrial, infrastructure, mission-critical, or data center projects.
• Experience managing projects valued at $25M+.
• Experience leading Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven success in hyperscale, colocation, or enterprise data centers.
• Industrial automation, PLC, SCADA or related technical experience.
• Strong commercial acumen with revenue, margins, forecasting and profitability responsibility.
• Experience with EPCs, commissioning teams, contractors and end users.

We're partnering with a leading systems integration business that specializes in industrial automation, controls, SCADA, cybersecurity, and digital infrastructure solutions. Due to continued growth in the data center sector, they're looking to appoint a Director of Data Center Delivery to oversee project execution, operational performance, and team development across a growing portfolio.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead delivery of large-scale data center automation and controls projects.

What We're Looking For

• 15+ years' experience leading large industrial, infrastructure, mission-critical, or data center projects.
• Strong background managing complex project portfolios valued at $25M+.
• Experience leading Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven success delivering projects within hyperscale, colocation, or enterprise data center environments.
• Industrial automation, controls, PLC, SCADA, or related technical experience.
• Strong commercial acumen with responsibility for revenue, margins, forecasting, and project profitability.
• Experience working alongside EPCs, commissioning teams, contractors, and major end users.

Preferred Experience

• PLC/SCADA project delivery.
• Ignition or similar SCADA platforms.
• Data center commissioning and startup activities.
• Exposure to Building Automation Systems (BAS/DDC).
