• Coordinate engineering, construction, operations, and vendors to resolve issues that could delay site readiness.
• Establish clear milestones, owners, and escalation paths, then keep leadership informed of risks and decisions needed.
• Spend approximately 40–50% of your time traveling to data center sites to assess conditions and drive progress.
