Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Manager in updating project schedules, tracking milestone completions, and monitoring action items.
• Organize, archive, and route engineering project data, customer deliverables, and compliance records.
• Coordinate meeting logistics, prepare agendas, and take accurate, technical meeting minutes for client and research review teams.
• Help compile internal project status metrics, charts, and presentation decks for leadership reviews.
• Serve as an internal point of contact to follow up with multidisciplinary engineering teams on overdue project inputs.
• Perform general operational and office administration tasks to streamline laboratory operations.
