Position Summary
As a Systems Applications Analyst II (MyChart focus), you will play a key role in supporting the design, build, testing, and optimization of the Epic MyChart application. This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare workflows and strong technical acumen to support and improve patient and provider-facing technologies. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, lead integration efforts, and mentor junior team members in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Lead system design and optimization efforts for the MyChart/Epic platform
Design solutions to improve workflows across clinical and non-clinical areas
Coordinate and communicate system updates and enhancements
Conduct system testing to ensure build integrity and operational readiness
Collaborate with cross-functional and application teams to manage complex integrated items
Organize and manage individual and team priorities
Mentor team members and support root cause analysis
Stay current with IT and clinical best practices and industry trends
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum 5 years of healthcare application support experience
Certification in relevant Epic applications (MyChart) required upon hire
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and present solutions effectively
Experience managing complex initiatives with minimal supervision
Must be able to sit/stand for long periods and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
Qualifications
Experience supporting Epic MyChart in a healthcare environment
Prior experience working in a remote or hybrid capacity
