Position Summary

As a Systems Applications Analyst II (MyChart focus), you will play a key role in supporting the design, build, testing, and optimization of the Epic MyChart application. This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare workflows and strong technical acumen to support and improve patient and provider-facing technologies. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, lead integration efforts, and mentor junior team members in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead system design and optimization efforts for the MyChart/Epic platform

• Design solutions to improve workflows across clinical and non-clinical areas

• Coordinate and communicate system updates and enhancements

• Conduct system testing to ensure build integrity and operational readiness

• Collaborate with cross-functional and application teams to manage complex integrated items

• Organize and manage individual and team priorities

• Mentor team members and support root cause analysis

• Stay current with IT and clinical best practices and industry trends

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Minimum 5 years of healthcare application support experience

• Certification in relevant Epic applications (MyChart) required upon hire

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and present solutions effectively

• Experience managing complex initiatives with minimal supervision

• Must be able to sit/stand for long periods and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs

• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Epic MyChart in a healthcare environment

• Prior experience working in a remote or hybrid capacity
