We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Management Administrator (MANA4) to support a large support services contract with the Naval Sea Systems Command.
You will provide support to the Program and Deputy Program Manager of a 200-person contractor team that includes subcontractor personnel.
The primary government worksite is the Washington Navy Yard in Washington, DC. Contractors are expected to work on‑site at the Navy Yard or in nearby office locations up to five (5) days per week. Telework may be permitted with customer approval and will depend on mission requirements and the development of working relationships.
Administrative managers coordinate and support services to organizations. These workers manage the services that allow organizations to operate efficiently, such as secretarial and reception, administration, payroll, conference planning and travel, information and data processing, mail, materials scheduling and distribution, printing and reproduction, records management, telecommunications management, security, parking, and personal property procurement, supply, and disposal. They are responsible for coordinating the physical workplace with the people and work of an organization.
