Job Description Summary

We are seeking a Program Manager to drive operational excellence across the Wind platform through the strategic oversight of Pathfinder. As the lead for our Smartsheet-based "Single Source of Truth," you will streamline global scheduling processes, eliminate redundant workflows, and enforce consistent project management standards. You will serve as the primary interface between business stakeholders and technical resources, providing strategic prioritization to the Pathfinder Architect to ensure development remains aligned with operational goals. Furthermore, you will act as a bridge between the scheduling team and business leadership, proactively identifying program health issues and driving the escalation of necessary corrective and preventive actions.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Operational Standardization: Drive the enterprise-wide adoption of standardized scheduling processes within Pathfinder to reduce variability and improve project predictability.
  • Strategic Prioritization: Act as the primary owner of the Pathfinder development backlog, directing the Pathfinder Architect to ensure critical system enhancements align with business timelines.
  • Program Health Monitoring: Partner with the scheduling team to analyze performance data, identify systemic risks, and provide actionable insights to business leadership.
  • Escalation & Resolution: Facilitate the escalation of high-risk issues to senior management and drive the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to maintain project alignment.
  • Process Efficiency: Eliminate manual bottlenecks in scheduling, maintenance, and reporting workflows to maximize team productivity.
  • System Governance & Knowledge Transfer: Maintain Pathfinder as the definitive source of truth and oversee the development of training materials and technical bulletins that simplify complex requirements.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field and 5 years relevant work experience.
  • 1-3 years advanced proficiency in Smartsheet, including deep experience with complex report building, dashboard creation, and data management.
  • 1-3 years proven track record of managing technical resources or developers, with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets to identify performance trends and project risks.
  • Expertise in formal scheduling methodologies (CPM) and managing complex project schedules within an industrial environment.
Desired Characteristics
  • Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification in process optimization.
  • Experience leading digital transformation initiatives within large, matrixed industrial organizations.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
