Job summary

Back on My Feet is seeking a Program Manager to lead local program operations in Seattle, driving sustainable outcomes in employment, housing, and stability for members. You will recruit and manage volunteers, build partnerships, and coordinate with central staff to ensure program fidelity and impact.

The role requires strong communication, leadership of a Program Specialist, and a data-driven approach to success, with travel across multiple locations within the chapter.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant work experience.
• Volunteer management experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
• Strong written and verbal communication; public presentation skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel within assigned chapter.

Responsibilities

• Ensure robust, impactful implementation of the BoMF program aligned with mission and vision.
• Grow the BoMF program through new facility and partner opportunities.
• Recruit, train, and retain volunteers to support program initiatives.
• Supervise the Program Specialist and manage KPIs.
• Track data in Salesforce and share member/volunteer impact stories.
