Job summary

arc After School and Experiential Education is seeking a Program Leader to support youth programs across the Greater Los Angeles area. You will join experienced teams, adapt to new settings, and help create engaging activities while keeping youth safe and engaged.

You will work Mon-Fri 1 PM to 6 PM, up to 25 hours weekly, with opportunities to collaborate across sites and age groups, building leadership experience for future roles within ARC.

• Ability to manage behaviors and ensure safety.
• Ability to create engaging programs.

Salary Range: $23.00 - $23.00 Hourly

Program Leaders at Large are experienced ARC team members who are selected to step into programs across the region when additional support is needed. You’ll have the opportunity to work with different age groups, experience different program sites, learn from a variety of teams, and become someone programs can count on when they need support

What You Can Expect

• $23/hour
• Up to 25 hours of work each week
• Scheduled to work 5 days a week on a Program Leader schedule, including prep time
• Opportunities to work with different age groups and teams
• Experience that can prepare you for future leadership opportunities
