Job summary

arc After School and Experiential Education is seeking a Program Leader to support youth programs across the Greater San Diego Area. You will lead engaging activities, supervise youth safety, and collaborate with different teams and sites.

This role offers hourly pay and a part-time schedule, with up to 25 hours per week and five days of work on a rotating Program Leader schedule including prep time. Arc values diversity and inclusion in every program.

Program Leaders at Large are experienced ARC team members who are selected to step into programs across the region when additional support is needed. You’ll have the opportunity to work with different age groups, experience different program sites, learn from a variety of teams, and become someone programs can count on when they need support.

What You Can Expect

• $23/hour


• Up to 25 hours of work each week


• Scheduled to work 5 days a week on a Program Leader schedule, including prep time
