Arc-After-School-and-Experiential-Educatio is hiring Program Leaders to support youth across the Greater Imperial Valley. This part-time role offers up to 25 hours per week in Imperial, CA 92251.

Expect a schedule five days per week, including prep time, at $23 per hour. You will jump into new environments, create engaging programs, manage behaviors, ensure student safety, build relationships quickly, and adapt to different teams, sites, and age groups.

Program Leaders at Large are experienced ARC team members who are selected to step into programs across the region when additional support is needed. You'll have the opportunity to work with different age groups, experience different program sites, learn from a variety of teams, and become someone programs can count on when they need support

What You Can Expect

• $23/hour
• Up to 25 hours of work each week
• Scheduled to work 5 days a week on a Program Leader schedule, including prep time
