Job summary

arc After School and Experiential Education in the Greater San Diego Area is seeking Program Leaders to support programs across the region. You will work with youth, join different teams, and step into new environments to provide engaging activities while ensuring safety.

This role offers $23/hour, up to 25 hours per week, five days a week on a Program Leader schedule including prep time, with opportunities to gain leadership experience across age groups and sites.

Program Leaders at Large are experienced ARC team members who are selected to step into programs across the region when additional support is needed. You’ll have the opportunity to work with different age groups, experience different program sites, learn from a variety of teams, and become someone programs can count on when they need support.

What You Can Expect

• $23/hour


• Up to 25 hours of work each week


• Scheduled to work 5 days a week on a Program Leader schedule, including prep time
