Job summary

ARC in Torrance, CA seeks a Program Leader to join our team and keep youth engaged after school. You’ll join diverse teams, step into new environments, and help create engaging programs while supporting safe, positive youth experiences.

You’ll work Mon-Fri 1 PM-6 PM, up to 25 hours weekly, with duties including behavior management and active supervision. Compensation is $23/hour.

• Experience working with youth.

• Ability to supervise students safely and actively.
• Comfort working with different age groups and teams.
