The University of Washington School of Pharmacy in Seattle seeks a Program Manager for Undergraduate Education to provide strategic leadership and administration for undergraduate programs, the Nelson-Mendenhall Summer Scholars Program (NMP), and the Pharmacological Sciences Training Program (PSTP).

This role reports to the Associate Dean and supports student success through advising, curricular development, and policy implementation.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in education, public administration, health sciences, or related field.
• 5 years of progressively responsible experience in academic advising, student services, program coordination, or higher education administration.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse student populations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership for undergraduate programs and related initiatives.
• Offer direct student advising and equity-focused services.
• Lead recruitment, outreach, and holistic admissions processes.
• Manage budgeting, records, reporting and program assessment.
