Job summary

Communities in School Nevada is seeking a WNV Programs: Support & Data Manager to lead Site Coordinators across the Reno cohort, ensuring CIS model fidelity and school-based services. You will supervise staff, oversee annual School Support Plans, and coordinate with school leaders and families to align resources with student needs.

The role emphasizes data integrity, quarterly reporting, budget oversight, and collaboration with the Data Team and executive leadership to advance student outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in social work or related field is preferred.
• Experience managing school-based youth programs and services.
• Strong data reporting, tracking progress and compliance skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Site Coordinators across the cohort to ensure high standards of service and program integrity.
• Develop and oversee School Support Plans (Tier I–III) in alignment with national standards.
• Coordinate with school staff, families, and community partners to ensure coordinated services.
• Monitor progress toward student and school goals and report findings to leadership.
