Qualifications

• Minimum of demonstrated mastery of skills of a CIS Site Coordinator III managing a school site with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Site Coordinators; supervise site staff and ensure high standards of service.
• Develop and implement site training plans, new hire orientation, and recurring programmatic training.
• Manage school site budgets, purchases, and monthly expense reporting.
