Job summary

Merakey is seeking a Program Lead to oversee day-to-day operations of designated programs within the division. Reporting to the Program Manager, this role coordinates activities and ensures high-quality service delivery to participants, potentially managing a caseload.

The ideal candidate brings strong interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask, and the capacity to make quick decisions under pressure while working both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• HS diploma/GED or 4–5 years' experience in a human services residential setting.
• 1–3 total years of experience required.
• Willingness to obtain NADSP Certification within first year of hire, if required.

Responsibilities

• Acts as Lead staff and point person when on shift.
• Prepares and manages house schedules in coordination with the Program Manager.
• Direct Care responsibilities including ADLs, food preparation/feeding, maintaining supervision requirements.
• Medication management and administration.
• Incident management in coordination with Program Manager and QCO.
• Manages household needs including menu development, groceries, and housekeeping.
• Ensures ongoing upkeep and maintenance of assigned home.
