Job summary

Merakey in Slippery Rock, PA seeks a Program Lead to oversee day-to-day operations of designated programs within the Division. Reporting to the Program Manager, you will coordinate activities, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality services for participants.

This role may manage a caseload of your own. The position emphasizes strong leadership, client safety, and collaboration with team members to deliver consistent care within a residential setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 4–5 years of experience in human services residential setting.
• 1–3 years of total experience required.
• Must be 18 years old.
• Willingness to obtain NADSP certification within first year of hire if required.

Responsibilities

• Acts as Lead staff and point person on shift.
• Prepare and manage house schedules with Program Manager.
• Direct Care duties including ADLs, meals, supervision.
• Medication management and administration.
• Incident management with Program Manager and QCO.
• Manage household needs: menu planning, groceries, housekeeping.
• Ensure upkeep and cleanliness of assigned home.
• Provide guidance and feedback to staff on performance.
