Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Development LP in Sunnyvale, California, is seeking a Senior Customer Sustaining Manager to lead cross-functional engineering programs focused on networking, data center modernization, and cloud technologies. This role bridges Engineering, Product Management, QA, Operations, and strategic customers to drive execution and product quality.

The position is hybrid (2 days/week in office).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field.
• Experience leading complex technical programs with multiple teams.
• Strong communication with executives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical program execution across scope, milestones, dependencies and risks.
• Coordinate software development, validation, testing, release readiness, and deployments.
• Support network and data center transformation initiatives (EVPN/VXLAN, cloud networking, modernization).
• Manage escalations, RCA, corrective actions and customer-impacting issues.
• Partner with Engineering, QA, Product Management and Operations to align requirements with priorities.
• Drive reviews, architecture discussions, PoCs, change management and continuous improvements.
• Communicate program status and key decisions to stakeholders and leadership.
