Job summary

Alden Scientific is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to oversee Alden Insights, a lifetime research program applying AI to multi-omic assays. You will align science, clinical operations, and member services to deliver timely data collection and study milestones.

The role combines operational leadership across sites, HIPAA-compliant data handling, and member experience with frequent interactions with executives and physicians. Travel involvement is expected as the program grows.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in program management or clinical operations leadership in health systems, multi-site practices, or health startup.
• Experience running multi-site clinical operations with scheduling, logistics, vendors, SOPs and quality.
• Experience managing an operating budget and a team across multiple locations.
• Working knowledge of informed consent, HIPAA, and quality standards in clinical research or regulated operations.
• Fluent understanding of biology/clinical concepts; able to discuss biomarkers and lab workflows with scientists and physicians.

Responsibilities

• Act as single point of accountability for the program, translating goals into plans, timelines, budgets, and owners.
• Coordinate across Science, Clinical, Bioinformatics, Product, Engineering, and Member Services for seamless study progress.
• Build and manage relationships with phlebotomy, labs, couriers, cold-chain logistics, and collection sites.
• Report program health with metrics and elevate risks early to leadership.
• Help hire, onboard, and lead a program operations team as the program grows toward 2,000 members.
• Uphold HIPAA, data-sharing agreements, and privacy at every step, including real-time data sharing with members’ physicians.
