Job summary

BeOne Medicines Ltd. seeks an experienced Associate Director of Program Management to drive cross-functional commercial and medical projects in North America.

You will develop and manage project plans, align stakeholders, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while embedding AI-enabled initiatives to advance commercial and medical capabilities. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences or a related field.
• 8+ years of overall experience in a role with cross-functional leadership and program management.
• Experience in a consulting or advisory environment with experience structuring complex problems and driving measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Drive development and execution of cross-functional commercial and medical projects with clear plans, milestones, timelines, and accountability.
• Build and maintain comprehensive project plans; track progress, manage interdependencies, surface risks with solutions.
• Partner with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Marketing, and Corporate Affairs to align projects with organizational goals within scope and budget.
• Embed within strategic initiatives as a dedicated PM resource to brand leaders and workstream leads.
• Champion AI enablement across commercial and medical functions and scale adoption of AI-powered tools.
• Support digital initiatives including digital channel strategy and omnichannel execution to advance the NA agenda.
• Monitor schedules toward milestones; provide objective progress and risk assessments.
• Prepare and harmonize processes with the NA GM Chief of Staff for project teams.
