Alignerr is seeking a Precision Medicine Data Lead to design and refine data foundations powering AI for personalized medicine. This remote hourly contract role focuses on integrating genomics and clinical data into unified analytics platforms to inform research and clinical decisions.

You will collaborate with clinicians, researchers, and tech teams to ensure data quality, regulatory compliance, and scientific rigor, while shaping data strategies for impactful AI outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale healthcare/genomics datasets in analytics or data leadership.
• Data integration and governance expertise; translate data into actionable insights.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with clinical, research, and engineering teams in regulated environments.

• Translate complex findings into clear outputs for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Evaluate and improve AI-generated outputs in the context of genomic and clinical data workflows.
