Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Three years of relevant experience.
• Master’s degree, grant management, behavioral health, or rural health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and coordination of the initiative.
• Oversee grant-funded activities, timelines, deliverables, and performance measures.
• Develop implementation plans and facilitate stakeholder collaboration.
• Coordinate ambassador activities and communications.
• Support CredibleMind platform implementation and data review.
• Lead Stop the Stigma campaign integration with communities.
• Monitor program outcomes and prepare improvement reports.
• Collaborate regionally with Region 7 partners and sustainability planning.
