Job summary

Togetherwork is seeking a Program Lead to own the planning, coordination, and execution of the Dance Studio Owners Association (DSOA) Inner Circle programs. You will turn strategic direction into structured, well-run initiatives, aligning Product, Member Success, Marketing, and Operations to deliver a high-quality member experience.

You will anchor the program team, guiding coaching and curriculum functions while maintaining schedules, scope, and budgets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Ability to plan and execute multiple concurrent initiatives on time and within scope and budget.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Data-driven mindset and ability to translate analytics into improvements.
• Experience with PM and reporting tools; comfortable adopting new tooling.
• A background in dance or studio world is a welcome plus; leadership carries more weight.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate work or improve efficiency.
