Togetherwork in Austin, TX (Hybrid) seeks a Program Lead to own the planning, coordination, and execution of DSOA Inner Circle programs, turning strategy into well-run initiatives that deliver exceptional member experiences and align with organizational priorities.

The role anchors the program team, guiding coaching and curriculum functions; success hinges on organizational discipline, prioritization, and collaboration with Product, Member Success, Marketing, and Operations to deliver

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Ability to plan and execute multiple concurrent initiatives on time and within scope and budget.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills with sound judgment.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to translate analytics into program improvements.
• Experience with project management and reporting tools; comfort evaluating new tooling.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate work or improve operational efficiency.
• Background in dance or familiarity with the studio world is a welcome plus; however leadership carries weight.

Responsibilities

• Keep the member experience at the center of every program decision.
• Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of strategic programs.
• Break complex initiatives into structured workstreams with scope and timelines.
• Anticipate risks and dependencies and drive resolution.
• Coordinate day-to-day execution across concurrent programs.
• Lead and support the Inner Circle program team and coaching functions.
• Manage program logistics, resources, and documentation.
• Partner with Operations and Member Success for a seamless member experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Revenue, Marketing, and Operations.
