Job summary

AAR is seeking a Program Manager to serve as second in command to the Program Director, overseeing LGPBL activities, repatriation, supply chain, and MIS data accuracy. The role supports contract compliance, CDRLs, and customer liaison, with emphasis on data relevancy and reporting capability.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years in program management or government contracting, strong communication skills, and MS O365 proficiency. On-site work in Utah with occasional travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 15+ years related experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management or government contracting.
• Prior experience with USAF depot maintenance or logistics or management of aviation supply chain programs is strongly preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS O365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• ITAR compliance and U.S. Person eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Support a wide variety of program execution activities in operational, managerial, administrative, and financial disciplines, as directed by the Program Director.
• Responsible for internal program metrics and financial/operational reporting.
• Responsible for management and execution of program repatriation activities.
• Oversee overall program supply chain performance supporting remanufacturing activities.
• Facilitate periodic Program Management Review meetings with the customer.
• Support continuous improvement and standardization plans to achieve quality, delivery and cost targets.
