Job summary

GA Telesis Landing Gear Services in Medley, FL seeks a Customer Relations Team Manager to lead the PMO for landing gear MRO and OEM programs. You will act as the key liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring delivery, quality, and financial targets are met.

The role requires 10+ years in program management in aerospace, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity, and strong vendor/customer communication. PMP preferred; on-site position with a focus on performance and improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Aerospace, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of program management experience in aerospace or aviation; 5+ years in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of landing gear systems and MRO or OEM manufacturing processes.
• Proven track record delivering complex aerospace programs on time and within budget.
• Excellent customer relationship management and communication skills.
• Proficiency with program management tools such as MS Project, ERP, dashboards.
• PMP or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the PMO overseeing multiple landing gear MRO and OEM programs.
• Serve as primary contact for key customer accounts and ensure alignment and satisfaction.
• Develop, implement, and manage execution plans, schedules, budgets, and KPIs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet milestones and deliverables.
• Monitor risks; develop mitigation to minimize impact on performance.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements and regulatory standards.
• Partner with Sales, Engineering, Quality, and Operations for quotes and transitions.
• Drive continuous improvement to increase efficiency and performance.
• Develop and maintain detailed reports and dashboards for internal and customer use.
• Lead and mentor a team of program managers and coordinators.
