Join Clarity Care as a Program Lead, guiding residential caregiving teams, overseeing group home operations and helping Members live with dignity and independence.Bring your leadership skills and passion for caregiving to a role where you can make a difference every day!What You’ll DoLead & Support Your TeamSupervise, coach and support residential caregiving staff.Build a positive, collaborative team focused on quality Member care.Lead group home meetings and communicate important updates.Partner with Human Resources on hiring, retention and performance matters.Oversee Daily Home OperationsCoordinate daily operations of a safe, welcoming residential home.Support compliance with state, county and organizational requirements.Maintain required documentation and communicate operational concerns.Ensure household routines reflect each Member’s individual needs.Provide Compassionate, Hands-On CareAssist with bathing, grooming, toileting, hygiene and daily living activities.Support safe mobility and transfers according to individualized service plans.Assist with meals, housekeeping and household responsibilities as needed.Promote Member dignity, independence and personal choice.Encourage Community Connections & EnrichmentSupport Members in social, recreational and community activities.Encourage meaningful experiences that enhance independence and quality of life.Build positive relationships with Members, families and support teams.What You’ll BringWe’re looking for a dependable, compassionate leader who enjoys mentoring others while staying actively involved in Member care.Strong leadership, communication and relationship-building skills.Hands-on caregiving experience and comfort providing personal care.Ability to supervise staff, coordinate operations and foster teamwork.Sound judgment, organization and problem-solving abilities.Commitment to person-centered care, dignity and safety.Education & QualificationsAt least 21 years of age.Associate degree or higher in a healthcare-related field; OR a bachelor’s degree in another field plus at least one year of qualifying healthcare experience involving direct contact with and teaching individuals with developmental disabilities; OR a valid nursing home administrator’s license.Prior supervisory experience strongly preferred.Valid Wisconsin driver’s license, auto insurance and ability to meet agency driving standards.Successful completion of required caregiver background checks.Why Join Clarity Care?Leadership here means developing strong teams, building meaningful relationships and helping Members enjoy fulfilling lives.
