Job summary

Ascentria Community Services Inc. seeks a Program Coordinator to oversee day-to-day operations, quality control, regulatory reporting and program development. The role provides leadership and staff supervision to ensure high-quality service delivery for clients, families, and foster care partners.

Responsibilities include coordinating intake, levels of care, staff support and ensuring least restrictive environments while maintaining compliant documentation and strong community engagement.

Qualifications

• MA: Master's Degree in Social Work preferred; minimum Bachelor's in Social Work with 5 years of experience in child/family settings.
• Ability to obtain required ASWB licensure (LICSW/LCSW/LSWA).
• Proven leadership and staff supervision capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate intake and overall support for levels of care, ensuring least restrictive environment.
• Provide clinical oversight if supervising staff and lead program in quality and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and supervise staff performance, training and service planning.
• Maintain open communication with families, kin, and community partners; support crisis intervention.
• Lead program development, PQI efforts and community outreach.
