Job summary

HomeSafe Florida seeks an Early Childhood Program Manager to coordinate and oversee early childhood programs, including ELC referrals and Safe Sleep operations. This role supports the Director of Prevention Services, supervises staff, and helps strengthen referral pathways for timely family access.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in related fields, 1+ year in supervision, and strong communication; bilingual English/Spanish or Creole is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Business or related Human Services Field is required.
• Minimum of two years in early childhood, maternal and child health, social services, or related field; at least 1 year in a supervisory/leadership role.
• Experience with early childhood systems program coordination, data monitoring, and collaboration with community partners is required; familiarity with compliance and quality improvement processes is preferred.
• Must possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ELC referral process coordination and maintain community partnerships.
• Manage Safe Sleep program operations including service delivery, resources, and outreach.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery across programs and support Navigation Department services.
• Monitor referral trends, identify barriers, and recommend improvements.
• Supervise, coach, and support staff including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
