Job summary

HomeSafe in Palm Beach County seeks a Developmental Consultant Liaison and a Developmental Consultant to support Healthy Beginnings services for infants, children, and families. The role includes hospital-based screening, home visits, and coordination with partners to link families to services.

The position requires a Bachelor's in Human Services, 2+ years in child welfare or related field, bilingual English/Spanish, and a Florida driver’s license. Evening/weekend hours may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in child welfare or related field.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Valid Florida driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Conducts assessment screening for eligible mothers and babies in assigned hospitals.
• Provides screening and assessment services to children up to age five and families.
• Engages clients and acts as liaison with partners and programs.
• Records appointments, visits and program activities daily.
• Completes necessary paperwork and ensures data input for program validation.
