Job summary

Healthy Beginnings East in West Palm Beach, FL seeks an Early Childhood Program Manager to coordinate and implement family-centered services, including ELC referrals and Safe Sleep operations.

You will support the Director of Prevention Services, supervise staff, monitor trends, and collaborate with leaders to improve access and outcomes for families in the Navigation Department programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Business or related Human Services required.
• Minimum of two years in early childhood, maternal and child health, social services, or related field with at least 1 year in Supervisory/leadership role.
• Experience with early childhood systems program coordination, data monitoring, and collaboration with community partners; compliance/quality improvement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ELC referral process ensuring timely, accurate coordination of services and strong community partnerships.
• Manage Safe Sleep program operations including service delivery, resource distribution, and outreach.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery across assigned early childhood programs and support Navigation Department services.
• Monitor referral trends, identify barriers to access, and provide recommendations to improve performance and outcomes.
• Supervise, coach, and support staff including recruitment, onboarding, perf. management and retention.
• Promote collaboration across internal teams and external partners to strengthen referral pathways and access.
