Job summary

ECS Corporate Services is seeking a Program Lead to manage a Department of War network from our Northern Virginia location. The role requires directing high-performing, multidisciplinary teams, aligning priorities, and delivering program objectives with accountability to customers and leadership.

Candidate must be a US citizen with an active TS/SCI clearance and demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and communicate effectively.

Qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen with active TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience leading and managing multidisciplinary teams with ability to motivate and drive performance.
• Strong leadership, coaching, feedback and accountability for program delivery.
• Experience with workforce planning, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with customers and senior leadership.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams, set expectations, provide coaching and feedback.
• Manage staffing, resources, onboarding, workforce planning and succession planning.
• Translate program priorities into actionable goals and coordinate work across teams.
• Maintain accountability, monitor performance, and address issues constructively.
• Strengthen communication and collaboration across team members and stakeholders.
• Represent the team to customers and leadership, communicate priorities and risks.
• Oversee schedules, deliverables, budgets, risks, and compliance while empowering execution.
• Build organizational capability by improving structures and developing future leaders.
