Job summary

Merakey is a non-profit provider of developmental, behavioral health, and education services. The Program Lead plays a critical role in day-to-day management and oversight of programs within their Division, reporting to the Program Manager, coordinating activities, and ensuring high-quality services to program participants.

Responsibilities

• Act as Lead staff and point person on shift.
• Prepare and manage house schedules with Program Manager.
• Direct care tasks including ADLs, meals, and supervision.
• Medication management and administration.
• Incident management with Program Manager and QCO.
• Oversee household needs, menu planning, shopping, housekeeping.
• Maintain upkeep and cleanliness of the home.
• Identify repairs and submit maintenance requests.
