Job summary

Merakey seeks a Program Manager to oversee day-to-day management and oversight of programs within the Division. This role reports to the Director and coordinates activities, supervises staff, and ensures high-quality services for participants.

The ideal candidate will manage a caseload, supervise staff, coordinate program operations, and ensure compliance with standards while collaborating with community partners and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; HS Diploma or GED required.
• 2 Years of IDD experience; 1-3 Years of Supervisory/Managerial Experience.

Responsibilities

• Staff Management: supervise program staff, provide direction, conduct regular meetings, and ensure workload balance.
• Client Care and Safety: oversee intake and assessments, develop and monitor individualized service plans, provide crisis support.
• Program Operations: ensure regulatory compliance, collect and report data, coordinate logistics, collaborate with partners, and represent the program.
