• Must have led technically complex, cross-functional programs from strategy through implementation.
• Practical understanding of vehicle controls, embedded software, calibration and virtual validation.
• Experience coordinating teams through ambiguity and competing priorities without relying solely on formal authority.
• Strong written, verbal and executive communication skills for senior leadership.
• Demonstrated ownership of outcomes and a commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated CoSIM and calibration execution roadmap with scope, milestones, dependencies, resources and measurable outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional execution across calibration, controls, software, systems engineering, validation and vehicle programs to deliver capabilities on time and with quality.
• Establish operating model for intake, prioritization, ownership, handoffs and issue escalation across program work.
• Drive readiness of virtual assets including simulation variants, plant and controller models, calibration inputs and test scenarios.
• Define repeatable calibration and regression workflows with version control, traceability and release readiness.
• Identify risks, surface trade-offs early and provide leadership with concise status and options.
