Job summary

Amazon Worldwide Operations is seeking Program Managers to own strategic and cross-functional projects within Amazon Transportation Services. Responsibilities include scoping projects, creating plans, coordinating execution, and reporting status and risks to senior leadership.

Qualifications include 5+ years in program management, CMMS experience, advanced Excel and SQL, plus cross-functional collaboration skills. Travel up to 50% is required and the role supports US locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• 5+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• 3+ years of maintenance planner/scheduler in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or distribution industries experience.
• 4+ years of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) experience.
• Experience managing inventory in warehousing, retail or distribution setting.

Responsibilities

• Be a network level SME on the CMMS and train local planners.
• Drive Global standards roll-out in cross-country initiatives.
• Roll out CMMS functionality, procedures, scheduling or reports and monitor implementations.
• Analyze and improve forecasting of preventative maintenance routines.
• Compile equipment information and performance metrics for network improvement.
• Collaborate with Global Reliability Maintenance Engineering on cost reduction and process improvement.
• Travel up to 50%.
