Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible to practice in Oklahoma in one of the listed licenses.
• Must work well in a collaborative clinical team.
• Proficient with documentation and electronic records.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group therapy to assigned populations.
• Coordinate with treatment team for comprehensive plans.
• Offer crisis intervention and consult with external parties as needed.
• Complete all required documentation promptly.
• Contribute to program goals and ongoing quality improvement.
