The position also entails training office staff on patient pathways and tracking performance metrics related to referral and conversion rates. Qualifications
5-12 years in medical device sales, market development, or commercial operations (urology preferred).
Willingness to travel up to 50%.
Responsibilities
Partner with ASM/TM to activate Aquablation patient pathways post-launch.
Support Procedure Activation Success in Office and Hospital.
Train office staff on patient identification, scheduling, and referral flow.
Track patient flow, conversion rates, and reimbursement turnaround times.
