Job summary

URAC is seeking a Program Management Associate to support the release of new and revised programs. You will contribute to system builds, manage program artifacts, and coordinate with IT to resolve issues.

You will develop program standards, guides, crosswalks, and FAQs, and post assets to SharePoint and other IT systems. The role also includes creating Validation Tools with Product Principal and SMEs, tracking reviews, and handling copyright filings.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the system build of new and revised programs for use by reviewers and clients.
  • Develop standards-at-a-glance and standards only for each program; develop initial guides, crosswalks, and FAQs.
  • Post program artifacts to SharePoint and other IT systems; verify accuracy of document management systems.
  • File copyright applications for program documents and track filings and certificates.
  • Develop project plans for internal and external program management projects; create initial plans for new/revised projects.
  • Run and post the monthly active clients report; manage and update program files on SharePoint; ensure accuracy of documents.
